MakeVideo is an AI video generation platform powered by Veo 3.1. Users can generate 8-second videos from text descriptions or reference images. The Service operates on a credit system, with new users receiving free credits to try the Service.

User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures
• Not share your account or protect your login credentials
• Only use valid payment methods for purchases

Content Guidelines

We implement strict content moderation. You agree not to attempt to generate:

Prohibited content includes:

• Violent, gory, or disturbing content
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or harassing content

Intellectual Property

Ownership of videos you generate:

• Free Users: Generated videos are for personal use only, cannot be used commercially, copyright belongs to MakeVideo
• Paid Users: Generated videos are fully owned by you, may be used freely including for commercial purposes

Payment and Refunds

Our payment and refund policy:

• Credit System: New users receive bonus credits, one-time credit packs are valid for 365 days, subscription credits renew monthly
• Refunds: One-time credit packs can be refunded if unused, used portions are non-refundable
• Subscription Cancellation: Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

Service Availability

Regarding service quality:

• Free Users: We make no service quality guarantees
• Paid Users: Credits are only deducted upon successful generation, failed generations will not deduct credits
• Generation Speed: Due to reliance on third-party AI services, we cannot guarantee specific generation times

Account Termination

We may limit or terminate your account for:

• Violations: Attempting to generate prohibited content, using fake payment info, attacking or abusing the Service
• Process: First violation results in warning and service restriction; severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeVideo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
